Citizen Park is a bar and restaurant located at 424 New North Rd, Kingsland, Auckland 1021, New Zealand. A few years back, the bar was a funky old motorcycle shop in New Zealand. Ever since March 2013, it was turned into a completely new restaurant venue with a very beautiful garden bar that is open all year long.

The place is very spacious both in and out and is capable of catering for small and large groups of people without feeling like it is crowded. Both the food menu and drinks menu have a wide variety of choices that suit all budget types.

The food menu, which has been printed on large sheets of paper, offers a good selection of delicious meals with titles such as citizen parkside, the wing factor, quesadillas, tacos, wok wok, brined and dry rub smoked pork ribs, burgers, main dishes, beat up greens, American floats, and desserts.

The citizen parkside list includes crinkle cut fries, poke, artichoke dip nachos, fish goujons, bao bao, kahawai, school prawns, spring rolls, beef brisket nachos, spice-crusted calamari, baked cheese, poutine, and cauliflower popcorn.

The wing factor list includes smoked tomato creole & dark ale, lemon gin & maple burnt butter, and habanero hot sauce celery & blue cheese.

Citizen Park has a decor that features concrete walls that are distressed, exposed cords, and an outdoor courtyard with a mini basketball court that has been marked in colorful paint. The bar also features a white tile, a striped awning, neon lights, and new tables and chairs around it. Outside, there is an impressive retractable roof that makes the most of the available space.

Both the outside and inside area is well-suited for holding all types of functions and there is also a specialty menu for functions which can be tailored to suit your requirements.

The bar also hosts several events that are mostly based on sports and holidays and there is a quiz night held on Tuesdays from 7:00 pm.
