Hurstmere Road is one of Takapuna’s main roads and is a people friendly place with an appealing environment. The Brewbar is one of its main attractions with a courtyard that catches the sun and allows you to unwind on the weekends. The inside is decorated with great taste and hosts couches for the patrons to lounge upon and a lot of space for dinner, drinks or both. The lounge area alone offers a great destination for any of your functions within seating capacity of around seventy people, the seated dinner capacity is thirty people and 2 x TV’s are available for use.

Drinks are offered from the tap and the bottle. About 10 tap beers and ciders are available with Mac’s Gold, Mid Vicious, Three Wolves, Sassy Red and Hope Rocker being some of the crowd’s favorites. The tasting paddle offers 4 beers of your choice at a good price of $20.00 and it’s a great way to sample a few brews before you settle on what you like the most. Seasonal brew releases may be available just ask the staff for details. There is an amazing selection of Red’s, White’s, Bubbles, Soda’s, and fresh Juices.

The tantalizing Menu offers a lot of variety with special Pizza’s, Fast and Furious’, a wide range of appetizers and main Meals that leave little to be desired. All the food is served fresh and hot, straight out of the oven in most of the cases and off the stove in others and there is also a separate Kids Menu. The menu is updated, and specials added almost every day. Contests and quizzes are accompanied by live music and if that wasn’t enough, days like Roast Day and Pizza deals are perfect for guests so that they never forget their experience at this Brewbar.
