If you are looking to relax with friends and family while enjoying a delicious meal, sipping a few cold ones, then at The Malt you are home. With regular daily and weekly specials lined up, on Tuesday you get to enjoy $20 pizzas, $15 ribs on Wednesdays and $20 steaks on Thursday. Happy Hour begins from 5 pm to 7 pm every Friday.

The reintroduction of Quiz night every Monday will see participants getting rewarded with bar tabs. You can make a reservation at The Malt for both lunch and dinner however for large parties, they prefer the reservation to be made by calling the restaurant.

About The Eats at The Malt

The Malt restaurant has a simple food menu that comes in various sized portions. They have the small and sharing plates, which are more like snacks and small platters, ideal for the little ones. The large plates menu list includes large serving of the meals. Here you will find burgers and steaks, some served with yummy fries and large portions of salads.

The woodfire pizzas are delish, the Margherita Pizza which is vegetarian is a must try and for the large pizza you get to choose half and half of any selections that you fancy. The sides have gluten free and dairy free options as well as the desserts which are served with either ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate, berry or caramel sauce as toppings.

The bar serves beer, both tapped and bottled beer, and ciders from pears, apples and roses. It also serves aromatic wines, chardonnay and ports. There are also cocktails and ready to drink Smirnoff fruit cocktails.

The Malt has the capability to host indoor and outdoor functions. The restaurant has a capacity to host 150 people should you opt to hire the whole venue. Alternatively, you can hire any of the 3 sections, that is the restaurant, inside bar or outdoor with each capable to accommodate up to about 50 people.

There are add-ons such as music and entertainment, decorations and photography each at an extra cost. For the food, there are 4 platters to select from that feed 10-12 people or alternatively you can opt for the buffet menu that has hot dishes, salads, sides and desserts.

The Fishing Club

The Malt Greenhithe Fishing Club, a non-profit family based club, was created to bring like minded fishing enthusiasts together in a social environment. The club has a membership of approximately 100 members with invitation open to those interested in fishing either as a pastime or as a sport.
